FUT Method

FUT technique stands for "Follicular Unit Transplantation". It is also known as "strip surgery" and has been used since the 1990s.

In this technique, hair follicles are collected with the skin from the back or the side of the scalp under local anesthesia. Since incisions are made during the operation, stitches are inevitable. These stitches are removed 1 week after the surgery.

Although the FUT technique offers more affordable prices, it is not being preferred as it leaves a scar on the operation area.
